CTK projects understands that no two home renovation are the same which is why we take the time onsite to asses the current house, its space and existing structure. We will take the time to understand exactly what you are wanting from your new house and produce a Renovation quote based your requirements.
Design

Once you have accepted the quotation, CTK projects will provide full shop drawings of the kitchen for your approval.

During the renovation design stage our team will work closely with you to help design your new home aiming for that perfect mix of aesthetics and practicality. With so many excellent modern fittings and fixtures available we can help you select the right one for you new kitchen and with access to leading international brands the options and endless
Final Approval

Once the shop drawings are completed to the client’s specifications, they are signed off and the joinery will be made. A definitive construction/demolition date will be advised
Construction

Construction begins! We pride ourselves in fast workmanship therefore your project will be done faster than with any other company. We will complete the whole kitchen within Two weeks of demolition.
