Garrick Road was brought to CTK Projects with nothing but a contract of sales. The team took care of this project as a Design and Construct build. Working with the clients restricted land layout, CTK Projects were able to situate the new granny flat on the side of the house, without interfering with the backyard. A huge 15m2 front porch, hexagonal shaped tiles throughout and private footpath are just some of the elements of this new home.
